Trends hired for: Platform Engineering, Edge Computing, Infrastructure Reliability

Markets seem to be rebounding and Covid, the aftermath, are in the rearview window. This is a time where I pivot my recruiting strategy to more of a req-based model requiring a significant amount of relationship management.

Feeling antsy with personal progress, as mentioned in CV section, I enroll in a Human Resources Leadership course at Cornell University. I have seen improvement in my impact with setting verbal contracts with hiring leaders, navigating organizational change, and creating talent strategies.
